Our team consisted of four academic librarians who explored the relationship (or lack of) between Independent Publishing and Research Libraries. Conducted an analysis of Hunter College's QuestionPoint virtual reference usage over a 3 month period. Read through 500 transactions and calculated the data in an excel spread sheet. Findings were presented to a research class and to the reference librarians at Hunter College Library.
